The A Little Aloha shopping cart is powered by PayPal, an eBay company. Please be aware that payments made though PayPal may occasionally take a few days to clear. This can delay us from confirming the receipt of payment. We are not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal. Orders cannot be shipped until your payment clears. Orders of $100.00 or more paid for via PayPal must be shipped to an address that the PayPal system lists as being CONFIRMED. Please note that this is separate from verifying your account. You may confirm your address by logging into your PayPal account, going into the Profile Summary area, selecting Street Address, and then by clicking on the Confirm button on the bottom of the page. PayPal's confirmation procedures could change, so if you have questions, please contact PayPal. |

International Customers: International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees that the package may incur. The shipping address must match the billing address for international orders. |

Every effort is made to ship out all orders within 3 business days of order placement. We ship all orders from Southern California, so please allow the appropriate time for your order to arrive. If you have any questions about your order status, please don't hesitate to e-mail us. |

California Sales Tax |

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to California addresses. The current sales tax rate is 8.25 %.
If your order is subject to California sales tax, but you will be re-selling the product you purchase from A Little Aloha, you can avoid paying sales tax on this order by filling out and signing the California Resale Certificate (this PDF document allows you to enter all of the required information except a signature prior to printing). Once this form is complete, please contact us to arrange delivery (fax, scan & e-mail, or snail mail).
A unique form is not required for each separate order. |
